Right so, how are all of my 0 subscribers on this fine winter’s evening? Well I hope. Or better than those affected by the coronavirus are feeling at least.
Now, I have no intention of turning this into a money-making venture, or into an opportunity to vent my inner frustrations to what is most likely going to be an apathetic audience. The general public, whom I hope to reach more and more as I delve deep into the depths of this blogging malarkey, probably care little about the wildly unextravagant throes of my personal life. If the general public want to experience something incredibly personal, insightful & mind boggling, they can watch an episode of Louis Theroux.
Through this blog, I’m hoping to delve into my own sense of self- to discover for myself what makes me tick. Life as a relatively privileged, middle class youth can literally whiz by at a rate of noughts- especially in this era of unhealthy hidden addictions (hyperconnectivity, Instagram and Love Island, for example). I’ll get to all that later. What you’ll get from me is insight into my own personal health journey, with what has and has not worked for me, both physically and mentally. Although currently, as a blogger, I have less followers than the Pope may have in a Mosque (i.e. fuckall), I hope to one day reach people from all corners of the globe to share brutally honest insight into health (be it exercise/diet/meditation), my whims on current affairs (you know, Brexit and Trump and all that xenophobia circulating political spheres lately) and general ponderings on what it’s like to be a young person in 2020.
